S.M.a.S.H. is an acronym for Single Malt and Single Hop. This light amber coloured India Pale Ale has a medium bitterness and a light malt balance. Heaps of Simcoe hops provide the aroma and flavour, with strong characteristics of orange citrus, mixed berry & pine.

Featuring galaxy and lemondrop hops with notes of passionfruit and lemon zest. Light drinking with a noticeable bitterness.

Saison yeast and rye along with sweet orange peel give this beer hints of citrus. The spice used is grains of paradise which also provides a pungent peppery flavour. Overall, this beer has a spicy, citrusy taste with a slightly dry finish.

A collaboration beer made with our friends at Backcountry Brewing, this big, full-bodied lager has bright hits of ginger on the nose followed by a balanced lemon citrus finish.

Pie O’Clock Berry Pie Fruitbier is a lightly tart ale with sweet, floral notes of cinnamon and vanilla baked perfectly into a creamy, berry-filled body. Find it resting on open windowsills or on fine liquor store shelves before time runs out! Ding!

Made in collaboration with CRAFT Beer Market in support of Make-A-Wish BC & Yukon, this lush Milkshake IPA is made with pineapple juice and Denali hops to give a big hit of pineapple & citrus out of the box, then dry-hopped with Azacca for a smooth tropical-fruit finish. The addition of lactose adds body and a nice balance of sweetness to help knock this one out of the park.

In this collaboration with our friends at Field House Brewing, we took two things that we both do well – hops and sour beer. This double sour was dry-hopped with Anthanum, Simcoe and Mandarina Bavaria, lending juicy flavours of grapefruit and orange with some sweet and spicy undertones.
