A light yellow hazy colour with a strong aroma and flavour of mango, capped off with a noticeably bitter finish. The name stems from Northeast Style IPAs known for their fruity, citrusy flavours and a hazy appearance. With the addition of lactose sugar, the name “Milkshake” was born.
Time to kick down the gates of the Summer Fair early because this ride is ready for action. Tilt-A-Whirl begins with bold spins of pineapple on the palate, twirls to showcase its creamy soft-serve body and eventually slows to reveal a lightly-sweet vanilla finish. Perle hops provide the perfect canvas to allow the ample pineapple puree additions to be the star of the ride while a late Azacca dry-hop accentuates the citrus twists along the way.
But just like the fair, it’s only here for a limited time. So come enjoy a ride on the Tilt-A-Whirl while you can!
Contains: lactose, wheat flakes, oat flakes, pineapple puree and vanilla flavouring
The Prize Plum Sour is a winner! Tack a blue ribbon on this beauty for its unmistakably plum aroma upfront, biscuity malt goodness throughout, and a bright sour bite that shines through like crisp autumn sunshine!
Brewed in the style of a traditional English Mild, this beer has a rich mahogany colour with dark malts contributing a light biscuit flavour along with a touch of caramel. Nicely balanced with a low hop bitterness and mild hop aroma with a hint of citrus.
Home is where the heart is, and we’re in love with this big, bold West Coast IPA with all the flavours of home: resiny pine with grapefruit and citrus punches in a classic hop-forward BC IPA.
A collaborative brew with our friends from Strange Fellow Brewing – and made in support of the 2018 PuSh International Performing Arts Festival – this Brown Ale is made on a malt base of Maris Otter, Pale, Chocolate Malt, Midnight Wheat and Malted Oats then generously hopped with Cascade to give it a chestnut brown body with a refreshingly smooth, well-balanced finish.
A dark, roasty beauty with robust flavours of chocolate & coffee and a velvety smooth finish.
A robust winter ale inspired by the speculaas “windmill” spice cookie. Warming flavours of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and cardamom.
This hazy tropical treat is bursting with mango upfront followed by hints of passionfruit to follow. Brewed with loads of Glaxy and dry-hopped with Ekuanot & Azacca, it has the perfect lingering bitterness to keep you onboard.
